Nayax acquires Inepro Pay to expand Benelux presence

Nayax Ltd. has acquired Inepro Pay, its distributor in the Benelux region, to expand its reach and improve customer service in the area, according to a press release. The acquisition will allow Nayax to leverage Inepro Pay's local expertise and sales team, streamlining operations and strengthening its presence in Europe, a key market accounting for approximately 36% of Nayax's global revenues in 2024.
"Our goal at Nayax has always been to simplify commerce and deepen customer loyalty for merchants worldwide," Yair Nechmad, CEO and chairman of Nayax, said in the release. "Inepro Pay has cultivated an unparalleled understanding of our products and customers as our distributor since 2015 in the Benelux region, and we're confident that integrating their team and back-end operations will produce remarkable outcomes for businesses across Europe."
The acquisition will establish a full-service Nayax office in the Netherlands, joining existing European offices in the UK and Germany, and is aimed at accelerating the company's growth across the continent.
